Policies and Procedures

  1. Submit an e-mail request to the Director of Education via the Twin Cities Chapter website.  Required criteria needed for checking out a library holding includes the following: serial number, book title, requester’s name, ARMA membership number, company name, address, and telephone number.
  2. Library holdings can be checked out for a maximum of 30 days.  Arrangements can be made to have a library holding for a longer period of time by contacting the Director of Education. 
  3. A requester who has lost a library holding will be responsible for reimbursing the Twin Cities Chapter of ARMA for all replacement costs.
  4. The Director of Education will submit all library requests to Business Data Record Services (BDRS).
  5. BDRS will deliver or mail the library holding(s) to the requester and e-mail the work-order number to the Director of Education.
  6. Requester’s should retain their work-order copy from BDRS for future reference.  The work-order has BDRS’ phone number and mailing address for making arrangements with BDRS to return the library holding.
  7. The Director of Education will request an activity report from BDRS on a monthly basis and follow-up with individuals who have a library holding checked out over 30 days.
